The Semiconductor Laboratory, possessing the molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) equipment, provides opportunities to serve the country with critical services, including:  

 • Growing Gas layers with different thickness and impunities on wafers.

 • Growing different layers of semiconductors, homogeneous and heterogeneous, for the manufacturing of various electronic devices.

 • Carrying out applied research for optimization of electronic devices.

 • Design and manufacturing of various detectors, lasers, diodes and transistors.
